The Prime Minister visited DLC No.7 Myroliubivskyi

25 July 2024. Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal made a working visit to Kherson region. One of the priority issues was preparation for the school year.

Denys Shmyhal visited one of the secondary education institutions in Myroliubivka of the Bilozerka village council, where offline learning will begin in September.

The government team inspected the shelter and the organisation of the educational process. With the support of UNICEF and the Association of Innovative and Digital Education, a Digital Learning Centre has been set up here.

The shelter has two classrooms, necessary furniture, backup lighting, ventilation and internet. Everything is in place to enable children to study fully and safely.

‘There should be more such institutions in the frontline regions. The government will facilitate this. In particular, this year we have allocated almost UAH 169 million to Kherson Oblast to create safe conditions in schools,’ said Denys Shmyhal.
