The “UA NEXT” Project Launches: training for those working to foster unity among Ukrainians in the Czech Republic

The Association for Innovative and Digital Education announces the launch of the “UA NEXT” project — an educational and leadership initiative aimed at training active Ukrainians in the Czech Republic who are ready to help foster unity within the Ukrainian community and promote constructive dialogue with local communities.

The “UA NEXT” project was created to amplify the voice of Ukrainians abroad, foster civic engagement, advocate for the needs of the Ukrainian community, and build lasting partnerships between Ukrainians and Czech society.

Project Goal

“UA NEXT” aims to build a community of responsible leaders capable of:

• representing the interests of Ukrainians at the local level;

• building trust between communities;

• initiating and implementing educational, social, and cultural projects;

• promoting unity among Ukrainians in the Czech Republic.

  
  

Who Can Join

Ukrainian citizens aged 18 and older are invited to participate if they:

• reside in the Czech Republic;

• possess leadership potential and strong communication skills;

• are interested in the development of the Ukrainian community and in engaging with local institutions.

What Participation in the Project Entails

“UA NEXT” participants will undergo a comprehensive training program that includes:

• training in advocacy, public diplomacy, and communication with government agencies and the media;

• work on real-world cases addressing the needs of the Ukrainian community;

• development of public speaking skills;

• support for the implementation of educational, social, and cultural initiatives;

• participation in the formation of the UA NEXT Network in the Czech Republic.

Format and duration

• 15 online webinars and practical case studies

• Duration of the program: 6 weeks

• Format: online lectures, masterclasses, practical assignments

Eligibility

• Participation in the project is free

• Spaces are limited

• Selection is open to Ukrainians residing in the Czech Republic

Important Dates

• Application deadline: February 15, 2026 (inclusive)

• Notification of selection results: by February 20, 2026

• First online meeting of participants: February 24, 2026
