On December 8, the Ukrainian Educational Hub in Poland, thanks to the Embassy of Germany in Poland, took part in a large-scale event - the 17th International Charity Fair "SHOM", traditionally held in Warsaw under the patronage of the First Lady of the Republic of Poland, Agatha Kornhauser-Duda.
The event featured a variety of products, clothing, souvenirs, handicrafts, confectionery and food. More than 50 embassies were present, including the Embassy of Ukraine in Poland.
Guests of the event had the opportunity to purchase goods from all over the world, including from Ukraine. All collected funds are transferred to 16 selected Polish charities that help the needy.
The Ukrainian educational hub in Poland decently presented its services at the fair. Hub representatives hospitably met and talked with the First Lady of Poland Agata Kornhauser-Duda and the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Poland Vasyl Bodnar.
Ms. Agatha inquired about the areas of work of the educational hub, talked about her own cooperation with Ukraine and exchanged contacts for cooperation.
In his speech, the ambassador expressed his opinion about the importance of this fair, because it is an opportunity to participate in charity and popularize Ukrainian culture, history and national heritage.
