15 000 employees of the National Police of Ukraine will study English with Lingva Skills

The National Police of Ukraine, in cooperation with the Association for Innovative and Digital Education (AIDE), is launching a large-scale educational project for learning English.
Law enforcement officers across the country will be trained using the Lingva Skills online platform.
This initiative aims not only to improve the language skills of police officers, but also to strengthen their professional competencies. As noted by Serhiy Kobets, Deputy Head of the National Police of Ukraine: "Knowledge of English for our police officers is not just an added advantage, it is a requirement of our time. Fluency in the language allows us to cooperate more effectively with international law enforcement agencies and ensure the safety of foreign guests in Ukraine. We are grateful to the Association for Innovative and Digital Education for providing this opportunity and are confident that it will significantly improve the professional level of our employees."
The Lingva Skills online platform, created by the Association for Innovative and Digital Education (AIDE), has been operating for nine years and is considered Ukraine's largest educational project in the field of English language learning. Its database contains over 250 million exercises of varying difficulty completed by users.
In 2022, the platform was entered into the National Book of Records of Ukraine, and earlier, in 2019, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) recognized it as one of the best startups in Eastern Europe.
According to Mariya Boguslav, Executive Director of the Association for Innovative and Digital Education (AIDE), “The Lingva Skills project is scaling up significantly. Our goal is to make English accessible to every Ukrainian who needs to learn or improve their English language skills, regardless of their profession or social status.”
She emphasized that police officers will be able to quickly achieve tangible results thanks to the interactive and flexible training format.
The project is expected to not only improve the professional training of Ukrainian law enforcement officers, but also contribute to Ukraine's integration into international security structures, strengthening cooperation with partners and enhancing the prestige of the service in the eyes of society.
